Refunds & Cancellation

This policy covers your Bookrink software subscription only. It does not cover ice time, lessons, or anything you book through your rink — those are handled by your rink and DaySmart under their own policies.

1. How billing works

Paid Bookrink plans bill in advance for each billing period through Stripe. A monthly plan is charged at the start of each month, and an annual plan is charged at the start of each year. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

2. Cancelling anytime

You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals — we will not charge you again after you cancel. Your paid features remain available through the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account returns to the Free plan.

3. Refunds

Fees you have already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods after a cancellation, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it promptly.

4. How to cancel

  1. Open Bookrink and go to your account or billing settings.
  2. Select the in-app billing portal.
  3. Choose to cancel your subscription and confirm.

You will keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
